Digital Technologies in Diabetes Management: Delivering State-of-the-Art Care

Join us for an interactive live symposium on utilizing digital technologies to improve diabetes management. Diana Isaacs, PharmD, BCPS, BCACP, CDCES, BC-ADM, FADCES, FCCP and  Andrew Bzowyckyj, PharmD, BCPS, CDCES will provide expert insights on available diabetes technologies, strategies to overcome barriers to implementation as well as how to engage and educate patients on appropriate use to improve diabetes outcomes.

The Internist’s Approach to Leveraging Continuous Glucose Monitoring in Diabetes

Join us for a live symposium on the use of CGMs in clinical practice.
