Program Overview
Identify and select patient-centered, evidence-based ART regimens for persons with HIV, using the HIV-ASSIST decision support tool.

Goal Statement
The goal of this activity is to improve clinicians’ knowledge and competence in selecting optimal ART for persons with HIV by integrating HIV-ASSIST into their clinical decision-making.

Target Audience
This activity is intended for HIV-treating primary care physicians, nurses and nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and pharmacists.

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Identify and select individualized, guideline-based ART regimens for treatment-naïve and treatment-experienced persons with HIV by integrating HIV-ASSIST into the clinical workflow.
